I think DT has come a long ways but still has a long ways to go. People actually live and party (on the weekends) in Downtown. This will only improve as more condos are built and more people move DT.

What I can't stand is Cove properties, in Calgary they are doing some quality projects but here they are building utter crap. Considering they are based out of Edmonton, you would think they would have put up a nice project or two.
