"so why -- instead of renaming park avenue or st. urbain or st. joseph or another iconic street with a lot of cultural and sentimental value -- doesn't the city just buy some parking lot and turn it into place robert-bourassa? it would probably cost the same".
Because that would require imagination, something our politicians lack completely.
