Just got back from a 5 day cruise...driving through the Downtown area of Miami..the cranes were impressive. Im a mortgage broker. Been in the business for 10 years. The writing is on the wall for miami..there is NO WAY the miami market can support that many condos coming on the market. The sky isnt falling, but the miami market is def a bubble market. It looks good, but its gonna be a bad deal for any investors. I support healthy growth...not abnormal growth. Anyone who disagrees is chewing on "hometown" fantasies. The new buildings will look neat!
