Guys - about the success of the project. For all practical purposes - once they start building it (as in, starting the foundation), they are basically 50% done - there is so much work in the permits, approvals, financing, design, etc. - that actually BUILDING it is kinda the second half of things and the easy part.

Point is, its not like they can just walk away, they have FAR too much cash into this project, and if they ditched it, they would not see a dime back on it. If they are able to finish the project, even if the market is soft, at least they have a chance of still making some money.

Anyway, I am fairly optimistic on the region (well, CA, NV, OR, WA, AZ, the western states).
