In response to the question about Turnberry Towers. The project is already preparing for the second tower. Sales are picking up for the core projects like Sky, Trump, Cosmo, and Turnberry in the past few weeks.

Buyers are starting to realize the supply is shrinking as there are not that many units in inventory to sell. They are also starting to understand that buying today is smarter than waiting two years when today's construction that is just breaking ground is delivered at much high price points.
