It doesn't say there would be 30 school aged children, it says 30 school aged children would be expected to attend Surrey School District schools. There might well be others attending other schools. 51 of the condos are micro units, 25 studio units and 161 are one-bedroom units, which wouldn't be expected to have any school aged children. The Surrey estimates, if they're calculated in the same way as other school districts, will be based on how many children actually attend Surrey schools from existing residential projects with a similar mix of unit sizes.
