Looks like they are sticking close to this timeline....
The new towers office towers in the immediate vicinity...a shame 570 5th couldn't use the Midtown East zoning. I understand the city wanted to fix the east side first, but it's such a large site, it could have easily accommodated a 2 msf or more tower. 346 and 343 together won't give us 2 msf of zoned floorspace. But together, they're contributing to fight the lack of new supply on the east side.
