Should Premier Eby hand over $ 40 million to Whitecaps owner Greg Kerfoot every season to keep the Vancouver Whitecaps in Vancouver ?

Or is it more important to let the Whitecaps move to Las Vegas and have enough taxpayer money left over to maintain an acceptable standard of living for British Columbians ?
