I'm just really shocked the PB would be so irresponsible to remove them from major beaches. Third Beach is packed in the summer and also has lots of children and teens. It is a tragedy waiting to happen. Yet they just voted to blow money at some point to re-connect Lost Lagoon to Coal Harbour.
