Oh yes the one . seven billion dollar data center. I’m sure they’ll be spinoff jobs with this
I should see about getting the advanced drone license so I can legally start using the high capacity batteries which push the weight of the drone over the micro drone limit. That would increase the loiter time to around 43 minutes from 27 for longer time lapses. Can't fly a drone over 250 grams anywhere in the city without an advance license except for a tiny section east of Prince of Wales. The advance license requires a flight test which is the biggest cost.

I got the first step of the advanced license completed on Tuesday, passing the online test. It can be challenging as there are a lot of general aviation questions totally unrelated to drones. You can google stuff and refer to study materials but the time limit forces you to know the easier stuff so you can spend more time on obscure questions. For the in person flight review you are expected to conduct drone operations in a specific way, with advance site surveys, checklist procedures, fly the drone by looking at it instead of the screen. So I need to study / practice that before booking a flight review. Although it would be helpful to have a drone with an optical zoom camera, I'll always keep a micro class drone for the lack of flight pre-authorization and reporting requirements.
