Seoul City confirms finalization of negotiations with Hyundai for GBC project

After the initial announcement by Hyundai, Seoul City also announced on January 6th that it had concluded on December 30th the negotiations with Hyundai for the revised Hyundai GBC project. The overall project is the one proposed by Hyundai, with the 3-building 242-meter complex. There are some more approval stops which will be needed in the next few months, but in any case construction will soon really resume, and the planned completion is 2031.
