I think I have posted before, but that particular stretch of Milwaukee from Western to California does feel like a bit of a black hole. And you may already be seeing the impacts of this announcement cascading to this timely piece of news:

I don't find that to be a coincidence.... And I wouldn't be surprised if you start seeing all sorts of proposals along this stretch of Milwaukee over the coming months.
Well, as someone who has lived in the vicinity for 15 years now, I would certainly be surprised.
