This sucks. Why would they build half of the allowable height? These idiots don't understand how housing works. They're clucking about affordable housing, but they aren't building the maximum amount of units on their land.

Some sleazy developer could have built a 43 floor luxury building with zero affordable units, and he would have done more for regional affordability than these clowns.

And Southbridge Towers should prolly be torn down and rebuilt from scratch. It's a blight.
