Don't see why not, the full field is there to use. Scrimmage on the 15 to make sure the goal post behind you doesn't interfere, and the 15 at the other end is the simulated goal line to give you the full end zone with the goal post at the back still gives you 80 yards to work with. If that isn't enough field for your QB to work with, they are probably in the NFL then anyway lol
