$2M will help fund Bronson employee housing in new 5-story apartment complex

New housing options are coming to Kalamazoo, being built with Bronson health care workers in mind.
Bogan Developments has received a $2 million state grant to support the construction of 20 workforce housing units for Bronson employees earning between 60% and 120% of the Area Median Income.
The units will be within the incoming “B on Burdick” complex, where 85 apartments are planned for the corner of Burdick and Vine streets at 802 S. Burdick St.
