It doesn't feel like a serious proposal. Harrari rarely release renders with this low quality or detail on their projects. This feels a bit rushed or not a finalized design. I hate the podium, it looks like a 1960s medical building (the podiums).
So I'm hopeful this will be refined before it sees the light of day.
