Description: A 10 storey infill in the historic Exchange District replaces a surface parking lot with underground parking, main floor commercial space, 2nd floor office space which will be the new headquarters for Concord Projects, and 80 residential apartments above with a roof terrace amenity. The podium portion interfaces with the heritage qualities of the streetscape through scale and materiality; the tower portion is set back and subservient.
