Cleveland City Council has approved Mayor Justin Bibb's $100 million settlement with the Haslam Sports Group at its meeting Monday night, paving the way for the Browns to play in a new domed stadium in Brook Park.

North Coast Waterfront Development Corporation interviews 11 potential developers for 50-acre lakefront property

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Eighteen groups have expressed interest in redeveloping the soon-to-be-demolished Browns Stadium site, officials announced Friday.

The North Coast Waterfront Development Corporation interviewed only 11 of the 18 groups, asking them what they would do with the property. No names are being revealed at this time, only the types of developments being proposed.
