I just noticed that 7 Eleven on the corner of Drake and Granville has closed down. Everything is still there except the Food.
I was wondering they are preparing to build something else on that Block. Half the Block is empty.
Has anyone heard anything about any plans for that block?

Just a 6 storey redevelopment from back in 2020. Not sure they can build anything much taller since their lot is so small.
