Some of the major pro leagues may still use Hamilton in a bait and switch to get a better deal or new facility where they are, but even then there are more American cities now that can serve the purpose. Sadly I feel this is what will happen to Montreal (and maybe Vancouver) with respect to MLB.
TD Coliseum is going to remain largely a concert venue for the foreseeable future, I'd think until it's time to sink more money into the place.
