The Rimouski proposal - love the design and materials used, but not the podium with all that above ground parking and how it appears they're not integrating the building now (or the potential in the future as the area evolves) to the street grid and surrounding neighbours. Thanks for update Tone, always enjoy seeing Rimouski and it's evolution.
