So good yet so bad?

If feels crowded and oppressive, but if they could change the scale, spacing and busyness then they're on to something. I also like how the balconies are integral to the design and I don't get why so many people dislike them on apartments. If I wanted a sleek flat look I'd look at an office tower - residential gives you the opportunity for a lot of creativity. Looks like a very sharp cheese grater, hmm.. with the orange colour they could call in the Cheddar Grater (and yes, I know, real cheddar is white).
