A pretty plain proposal from Dream on the Hull, Quebec side of Zibi, at the corner of Eddy and Laurier.

The tower will be 23 floors, which is tall for a residential tower on the Gatineau/Hull side, but dwarfed by the Federal office building behind. It should still have prominence in the skyline. 240 units, 59 of which will be affordable. A retail bay of 388 m2, 75 parking spaces and 240 bike spaces.
