The timeline for these city owned affordable housing developments - though they are generating a lot of units - is much too slow. None of it will affects what's happening
now
. They need to find a way to speed things up. No amount of meetings and engagement is going to glean what we don't already know - the city needs more housing, and it needs it fast. Less talk, more action. NIMBYs need only be notified. Think of the progress that could be made with less meetings. There is nothing new to be learned.
