As were counting down to the demolition of the old 1967 vintage Civic Centre in Ottawa because it's apparently beyond any renovations that could permanently fix the roof or upgrade the accessibility to near modern standards, I'm wondering about the Coca-Cola Coliseum (1921) and Pacific Coliseum (1968). How were your respective cities able to upgrade those venues?
Obviously, the Civic Centre has a unique design that might make upgrades a little more challenging, though I'm sure a building from the 20s has unique challenges as well.
