I thought the FAA years ago did a blanket ban on anything over 900 ft for LIC? I could be mistakened but I could of swore it was a thing. Its really not a risk to the LGA visual approach on runway 13 and 31. I hope I'm wrong on this as I'd love to see a supertall for the cluster.
