Best land for not equal the only land available, and the as for the infrastructure present, that is publicly viewable, which is why I know there is a 610 mm dia water pipe..... Would you both be making this statement if the city rejected housing on what is the old greenbelt experimental farm?

Also if Leiper & friends were actually serious about keeping housing affordable while removing Tewin they would be looking for other options... Such as this which will have a far lower long term cost the Tewin.

As for current "planning" staff, they outright admit to creating a new zoning bylaw which does not meet the requirements as at by the official plan... So.... Also note that other professional planners with as much experience as them disagree
