Three towers to be built on Ogilvie road at Cummings avenue in Ottawa, 21, 20 and 24 floors, replacing a strip mall and stand alone restaurant. The 21 storey tower will be built first.
Area is a mid-century suburban stroad that has seen a lot of development since O-Train Line 1 opened, with Cyrville Station nearby (which was part of the Transitway for many years before, only spurring suburban medium density in the past). Ottawa's second tallest tower is across the street, several low and mid-rises built over the last few years and a half dozen towers in the immediate vicinity have been approved.
