The resort will be operated by Proper Hotels. It will include
an iconic spa / wellness experience and a signature 85’ Stainless Steel Pool. Tables at the outdoor restaurant overlooking the Colorado River will come with binoculars so guests can watch the birds nesting in, and perching on the tree tops between resort and river. Red Bluff will open in 2028.
