Not sure if that 225 is a reference to total size, or zoned sf, but as a reference for a slender tower with luxury residences, another example would be 262 5th Ave, built at 150,000 sf...
Probably won't happen, but it would be nice to see what SHoP could do here, as they already shown that they can work with and around landmarks in the city to give us nice tower (Steinway, Brooklyn Tower).
