While the second tower is the supertall, the one under construction now isn't no slouch either. It will soar 863 feet high (higher than any building in Canada outside of Toronto).

I am pretty sure the second tower will get a redesign to something more traditional to bring down costs. no one is paying $2000 per sqft in Toronto for a long time.
