30+ towers built and under construction in Halifax, with Google Earth satellite imagery. Not sure if this is comprehensive.
Dartmouth is really going to look different in a few years. It has 2-3 towers just under the 30 cutoff under construction too.
I count around 50-60 projects under construction in this part of town on the
Halifax Developments Blog map. I believe there's no hard cutoff on what's included but generally that would be substantial multi-unit developments, offices, or institutional buildings.
