I noticed where you got 1031'. But, there is an entrance to the building about 3' lower than the lowest point you used (west side - closer to Cesar Chavez). That's where the 1034' comes into play (from that lowest entrance to highest pinnacle).
**A few feet here and there can make quite a difference in the world rankings of tallest buildings.
