Updated liqueur serving hours passed as expected imo. What's surprising is that bars clubs in the dt core will now have the option of serving til 4 am. The initial plan was to expand the 3 am cut off to outside the core area. Bars outside the dt core, in araes like Mt. Pleasant can now apply to serve til 3 am. Presently they can serve til 2 am.
