EDIT: If I was Grand Daimyo of Winnipeg, I'd put a train station for regional rail at Portage Junction and run a streetcar line from there, along Sterling Lyon, up Shaftesbury and across the river up to the airport...

These are the next four buildings approved for the outlet mall, the parking minimums just torch the concept of this area ever being a successful urban neighborhood.
