This thing is going at such a snail's pace now. From December to June, they've only clad the first two floors. I wonder where the cladding is coming from? Probably the U.S.
They have two tower nes just sitting there idle, waiting for shipments.

I suspect the reason the first two floors have been going so slow is because of the type of material, it looks like some sort of glass brick, paneling, or something?
Whatever the material is, I like it.
