This thing is going at such a snail's pace now. From December to June, they've only clad the first two floors. I wonder where the cladding is coming from? Probably the U.S.
They have two tower nes just sitting there idle, waiting for shipments.

That corner window on the 3rd floor looks really good until you expand your view to include the giant grey spandrel panels above. I guess they could be temporary as they look so out of place.
