Yes, they may or may not put a hotel there. They don't sound too decisive on the exact mix there, except that there will be a large office tower. The City of Yes rezoning also provides the 2nd phase an extra 325,000 sf, which they will most likely put into the office tower. I'm curious as to what exactly they will put in the podiums.
