Southside also filed a subdivision application for Phase 9 of the Talbot Village subdivision recently as well... this phase is closer to the Southdale and Bostwick corner
This phase includes:
- twenty (20) single-detached lots;
- one (1) school block and medium density residential block;
- one (1) SWM block;
- all served by extension of two (2) streets, Barbara Avenue and Jack England Drive.
