The site plan as it is now...
The reason the platform and the development will get built now is because of the deal made with the City Council, the last leg of the ULURP (approval) process. Technically, it's the mayor, but they're never against anything. They may send it back to City Planning for a revised approval, but it's basically a done deal if the council approves it.
