This will all have to be spelled out very soon, as they are nearing the end of the approval process. Not a defense of the NIMBYs, but it’s a shame the blame is being laid at their doorstep. In truth, it’s about the politicians, who couldn’t understand or explain what the “site plan” was. The changes fell into what was agreed with, as far as the residential/commercial ratio goes.
