Westjet is constrained by their limited amount of widebody jets. They're 100% utilized on their current oceanic routes so they're likely very much out of contention for a route like ATH.
Furthermore, with the recent WJ ownership tie-up with KLM and Korean Air, ATH doesn't make sense from a connectivity standpoint either.
