Description: A vacant six-story building at 325 Broadway will be converted into a 140-room Hyatt Centric hotel—the first of the Hyatt Centric brand in Western Canada. The modern, upscale hotel—a prime example of creative adaptive reuse of a former office building — showcases local influences in the artwork, textiles and design details throughout the interiors, including a dramatic atrium. A wealth of amenities include, from a restaurant, lounge and coffee shop to a spa and a fitness centre. This upscale lifestyle hotel is slated to open in Spring 2026.
