Developments HFX:
North End. The red crane is for a 20 storey tower. Tall for the area.
More North End
Dartmouth bridge area visible from Halifax waterfront. There are many 20-40 storey towers under construction in that area, with some in the site prep phase now. Foreground has the HMCS Sackville, a WW2 corvette. Behind that is the Acadia, a WW1 era ship.
Marlstone, residential on one of the existing tower expansion spots that are part of the Scotia Square complex. Behind, the glassy towers are the Nova Centre, and far right is a more or less complete tower on Cogswell Street with mixed hotel rooms and apartments.
This one shows a ~26 storey tower on Quinpool Road that's far behind the foreground. There's a 3x30 storey development that's supposed to start in the next year or two next to it, so it'll pop up in about the same spot.
