It'll be possible to access the northern path along the Ogden Slip, but not the southern path. It's a pretty roundabout way though-- going from the park, up the stairs/ramp/bridge to the flyover, then north on the flyover a few paces, then down the curvy stairs, then west on the little path underneath LSD, onto the River East Art Center Promenade.

Wish they'd kept the planned connection to the southern Ogden path. But Reilly's gonna Reilly
