I sometimes see 32 for 7177 Quinpool and sometimes 34. For some reason the municipality often separates out penthouse levels from the floor count, so they say something like "X floors plus penthouse [1-2 occupied floors, not just mechanical]".

It used to be common to say Fenwick was the "tallest building East of Montreal", which would annoy me as the real tallest is 132 m Édifice Marie-Guyart in Quebec City. This new building might actually be the tallest though.
