This looks to be similar to 200 East 83rd, the tower not too long ago built by Naftali (who also happened to pick up the 800 5th Ave site). If that graphic is accurate, it looks to also be another Stern design...



200 E 83rd is just a couple of blocks away...
























180 E. 88th St is also nearby, and of similar height. The design is not as great.
