This is good, and we need more affordable housing but I just hope this isn't going to rise in 2040 with the community engagement and process with state owned land. This better not need 5 years of community engagement like 100 Gold Street.

I see the mention of “extensive community engagement process” ... and as we know, doesn't yield much needed units quickly!

If Hochul wants much needed units, they need to hurry up.
