This one is close to topping out (the bridge/viaduct in front of the skyscraper and above the river is planned to be removed sometime in the future):

This picture was taken from the
Edogawa Ward side. Some of the highrises in the front (middle) may seem relatively close to the
Nihonbashi 1-Chome Central District Project, but they're roughly
2.8 km (1.7 miles) away from it. Thanks to the help of
Google Maps, it seems the photographer was some
8 km (5 miles) away from the skyscraper. The skyscraper on the left, also U/C, is this one -
