Been a while since I posted but this had a groundbreaking! This is now the 21st skyscraper under construction in Miami if anyone is even counting anymore.

1. Waldorf
2. Okan
3. Cipriani Tower 1
4. 1428 Brickell
5. Baccarat Residences
6. Mercedes-Benz Places
7. E11EVEN 1
8. E11EVEN 2
9 Legacy (progress on this one is concerning)
10. Aria North
11. Aria South
12. Casa Bella
13. Downtown 6
14. Lofty Brickell Tower 1
15. The Standard Brickell
16. 2600 Biscayne
17. Una Residences
18. Miami River
19. Villa Miami
20. JEM Residences
21. St. Regis

I didn't count HUB Miami because demo is still ongoing last time I checked. I didn't count Miami World Tower aswell because it garnered a Temp Certificate of Occupancy.
It's also worth noting that St. Regis, Villa, and 1428 have no active drilling, just ceremonious groundbreakings. But related, YTECH, and terra all work fast.

My guess on whats next:

1. HUB Miami
2. Cirpiani Tower 2
3. Brickell Gateway

If I had to guess out of the supertalls that will break ground:

1. One Bayfront Plaza (in the distant distant future because FER moves slower than a sloth).
2. D&G Residences
3. Citadel HQ

Is all this construction good for Miami? Hard to tell. It'll eat up luxury housing demand and grow supply so prices don't increase exponentially. However, many of these developments still have work to do like building retail (Villa Miami) and improving design (Jem lol)
